To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• The product must be returned intact, unused, in the original packaging and complete with labels .
• Returns of opened, used or products without the original packaging and labels are not accepted .
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return by our team.

As an alternative to a refund, you can request a voucher of the same value, which can be used on the site within 12 months.
